Since this variety is classified as “Wildflower” that means that there are a variety of flowers surrounding the source.
During different seasons the flowers in bloom can change, so if the honey is sourced from the same location year round it’s very possible for the flavor and appearance to also change.
In order to keep a consistent appearance, flavor, and supply on hand we source our honey from a variety of locations and countries. All of our sources are vetted and tracked down to each jar.
